5SEASONSkitchen is a restaurant located in the city of Gosen in Niigata Prefecture.
We invite customers to feel the atmosphere of the four seasons through our gardens, iron pizza pans, wood stove, and more.
We have prepared a menu colored by Gosen’s natural bounty: lotus root, taro root, chestnuts, strawberries, and other produce. We at 5 SEASONS provide creative dishes full of fun that highlight the gifts of nature.
Gosen is known as a wonderful spot for enjoying seasonal flowers such as the symbol of Japanese beauty, cherry blossoms, colorful tulips, giant skunk cabbage, Japanese peony, and many more. We would love for our customers to enjoy dishes made from produce that can only be found here, and to enjoy the breezes of the seasons while exploring Gosen.


Here at 5SEASONSkitchen, we occasionally hold events and parties to allow guests an opportunity to meet people and build relationships while enjoying an open, pleasant space. 5SEASONSkitchen represents the four seasons of Japan, but also the four seasons for you to enjoy. We put an effort into creating a stage that can bring the feel of the seasons to customers while they sit back and relax. We hope that our restaurant is a place for you to enjoy wedding ceremonies and reunions with family, friends, coworkers, or even unaccompanied.


Gosen is also a production center for knitted materials. When you visit, you can see, feel and buy knitted goods at our restaurant. In addition to that, we offer opportunities to tour the knitting factory, which has been a favorite among customers.
